Trade Show Displays questions
Which display is best for my first trade show?
For most first-time exhibitors, a retractable banner stand and a printed table throw give a professional look at a modest budget. If you have a full 10×10 space, a fabric backdrop adds a lot of impact and still packs into a single bag.
Can I reuse my display hardware?
Yes. Most frames and stands are reusable, and fabric or banner graphics can be reprinted when your message changes, so you only pay for new graphics instead of new hardware.
How far ahead should I order for an event?
As early as you can — ideally a few weeks before the show so there's time for design, proofs and shipping. Contact us with your event date and we'll confirm a timeline that works.
Can you print matching handouts and giveaways?
Yes. We produce brochures, business cards, promotional products and event signage, so everything for your booth can be coordinated with your display graphics.
